“I have begun my journey. I will not pretend to know where I will end up, but I am excited for who I am becoming.”- Annie Woods

I moved to the United States from the Dominican Republic, knowing only two people in my new town. Since then, I have stepped out of my comfort zone to build a thriving, robust community that reflects the importance of resilience and connection.

I'm Annie Woods, a life coach, Enneagram Practitioner, Human Design enthusiast, and intuitive leadership trainer with over ten years of experience in leadership facilitation. I hold certifications as an Enneagram Practitioner, Full Focus Productivity Specialist, trauma-informed coach, and yoga teacher. My journey began in the Dominican Republic, where I discovered my passion for guiding individuals and families through personal and professional transformations.

In my work with business families, I specialize in opening up communication, fostering self- and group awareness, and championing Radical Responsibility. Using a trauma-informed lens, I help clients break free from limiting family roles, rewrite their internal narratives, and embrace self-leadership.

My leadership training integrates humor, direct communication, and personalized strategies that create lasting change. By incorporating Enneagram work, Human Design principles, and intuitive practices, I support clients in deepening their self-awareness and cultivating trust in their inner guidance.

I live in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina with my daughter and partner, where the peaceful surroundings inspire my approach to coaching. My mission is to empower clients to face life's challenges with resilience and confidence, unlocking their full potential while fostering balance, harmony, and sustainable growth.

In 90 days with Annie, I accomplished more than I thought possible. I launched my online program, started a consistent workout routine, and fixed my calendars to allow me more time for myself and my family. Annie also became a trusted asset to support me in the work I do with my clients, and is now part of my offerings.
